Day 62: BOM check-in 😌

What are three things you’d like to call in this month?

Good morning—and welcome to the start of a new week AND month!

Something I’ve found useful is to journal at the start of the month the things I’m calling in. 

These can range from professional targets like acquiring a new client, personal achievements such as reaching a new personal best in climbing, or even lifestyle improvements, like finding a yoga studio with a like-minded community.

The crucial aspect of this practice is to worry less about the “how” and more about the “what” and the “why”. In other words, figure out the details of what you want and let the universe figure out the rest.
