Change 🦋

If life has taught me anything, it’s that change doesn’t wait for permission. 

It arrives unannounced, sometimes as a whisper, other times as a flood, and reshapes everything you thought was settled.

We often push against it, hoping we can outlast the discomfort. But resistance rarely softens the blow. It just prolongs the ache.

The truth is, it’s not starting over that we need to fear. It’s staying in a place that no longer feels right.
