Clarity šŸ”

What is it you don’t want?

I’ve officially reached the stage of this newsletter where journal prompts are showing up in my dreams.

Seriously.

Last night, I dreamed about writing this exact prompt. And it actually made a lot of sense.

Lately, I’ve been in this constant loop of trying to figure out what I really want in life and how I want to show up in the world.

That kind of clarity can feel slippery. Hard to pin down.

But you know what isn’t?

Knowing what I don’t want.

I don’t want to sit in an office and have to commute to work. I value the freedom that comes with working remotely. I don’t want to show up late to events or get-togethers with friends. It stresses me out and throws me off. Instead, I’d rather make it my personal standard to show up early to things.

Now it’s your turn:

Journal Prompt

What is it you don’t want?

Happy journaling,

Kelsey

Most journal prompts you’ll find here draw inspiration from the books I’m reading. Below, you’ll find the books and weekly themes so you can read ahead if you’d like. Reading isn’t necessary—it's simply an option if a particular theme sparks your curiosity and you'd like to dive deeper.

Here’s the schedule:
