Day 117: Ikigai 🌸

I’m a big fan of the Japanese concept of Ikigai.

It suggests that true fulfillment in life comes from the intersection of four key elements:

1. What you love

2. What you're good at

3. What the world needs

4. What you can be paid for

For example, a science teacher may find their Ikigai by sharing their love of discovery, making complex ideas click for students, shaping future minds, and earning a living in the classroom.
