For instance, consider goals like gaining a new client, maintaining a week of consistent meditation, or paying off a credit card. Concentrate on what you want and the feeling of having achieved it. Let go of strict timeframes and deadlines.

In other words, get clear on what you want, and trust that the universe will handle the rest.
