If your âLife Worth Livingâ is a fun road trip, whatâs your next stop?
Todayâs prompt comes from one of our journalers (and dear friend), Deb. She recently shared an article with me, which served as the inspiration for todayâs prompt.

In Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the goal is to create your own version of a "Life Worth Living"âa life that feels joyful and fulfilling, based on what you want.
No one else can decide this for you.
Think of it like a road trip from Perth to Sydney or New York to San Francisco. Having a map makes everything easier. It shows you the best route, helps you spot fun stops along the way, and makes sure you donât run out of gas.
The same goes for your life goalsâa clear plan helps you stay on track, make progress, and enjoy the journey, even when things get tough.
