What really resonated with me was the idea of using emotional triggers as a lens into your inner world.

What you’re triggered by reveals where you place meaning, what you’re unconsciously focused on, and how you view your identity. 

By understanding these triggers, you can better manage and reshape your emotional narrative, ultimately aligning it with your goals.

Journal Prompt

Think about a recent moment when you felt triggered or emotionally reactive. What specific emotion came up, and what story do you tell yourself about that experience?

Write about how this trigger connects to your sense of identity, and reflect on whether this narrative still serves your growth.
