Day 142: Boundaries 🚧

What boundary do you need to set to honor yourself more fully?

In my mid-20s, I realized I struggled with setting boundaries.

As a recovering people-pleaser, this wasn’t easy. Reading Setting Boundaries Will Set You Free by Nancy Levin changed my perspective.

Levin explains that boundaries are about communicating our needs and limits, making us the sole experts on our own lives.

A boundary might sound like: “If you do ____, I’ll take care of myself by doing ____.”

And keep in mind: setting boundaries isn’t harsh—it’s a loving way to protect our well-being.

Journal Prompt

Happy journaling,
