Day 164: Insights 🪄
How can you become more mindful and open to insights in your everyday life?
We often separate experiences into “ordinary” and “miraculous,” rushing through the every day while seeking moments of wonder.
This leads us to believe that true insights require divine inspiration or extraordinary events.
Yet, Salvador Dalí found inspiration for The Persistence of Memory from watching cheese melt, and Jørn Utzon conceived the Sydney Opera House’s design while peeling an orange—proving that insights can arise from simple moments.

Happy journaling,
Kelsey
