How can you bring light to a tough day?

Yesterday was challenging. 

I had cast my vote for Kamala, hoping she might become our first female president. Now, with the prospect of another Trump term, I can’t help but feel concerned about the future for women.

But as I reflect, I remind myself:

Even when outcomes don’t align with our hopes, life continues. 

The sun will rise tomorrow, bringing another chance to practice kindness and resilience.
