Day 226: You’ve got mail 💌

Write a letter to yourself one year from now (December 2025).

One of my favorite year-end rituals is writing a letter to my future self a year from now.

I usually fill it with encouragement and celebration of achievements. It might sound something like this:

"I’m so proud of you for running your first marathon! You stayed dedicated to your training and absolutely nailed it."

The best part of this exercise? You'll likely forget about the letter, and when you stumble upon it later, it feels like Christmas morning—such an exciting and heartwarming surprise to read.

Journal Prompt

Write a letter to yourself one year from now (December 2025). What achievements will you be celebrating? How did reaching these milestones make you feel?

Optional: Tear this page out of your journal and seal it in an envelope addressed to yourself for December 2025. Store it in a safe place, like your desk or a folder, where you can easily find it when the time comes.

Happy journaling,

Kelsey
