Day 231: Past Year Review đź“…

Conduct your Past Year Review. What surprised you about your peak positives and negatives?

Ready to reflect on 2024?

Inspired by Tim Ferriss’s method, the Past Year Review helps you focus on what truly brings joy, rather than setting blind New Year’s resolutions.

How to do it:

  1. Divide a notepad into two columns: “Positive” and “Negative”

  2. Review your calendar from 2024, week by week. List any people, activities, or commitments that triggered strong positive or negative emotions.

  3. Identify the top 20% from each list that had the biggest impact.

  4. For “Positive”: Schedule more of these now – book events, prepay, or lock in time with people who energize you.

  5. For “Negative”: Create a “NOT-TO-DO LIST” and keep it visible as a reminder to avoid these energy drains in 2025.
