Day 232: Older 🌱

I’m 32 and a half.

It blows my mind.

Internally, I still feel 28, but externally, the signs of time are starting to show. My laugh lines are deeper, a few greys have appeared, and I’ve noticed wrinkles on my neck and chest.

At first, I felt insecure about it. But like most things, it all comes down to perspective. 

Rather than seeing these changes as signs of aging, I’ve chosen to see them as proof of a life well-lived. The laugh lines? Evidence of countless moments of joy. The wrinkles on my neck? A reminder of my love for swimming and running over the years.

Life is meant to be lived. I’m done hiding the marks that tell my story.
