Welcome to the start of a new week!

I’ve come to learn that life has different seasons. Some seasons flow easily, while others leave us feeling stuck or lost. 

And I've found that keeping a "feel-good” file helps during tough times. This collection of compliments, achievements, and positive feedback—even small ones you received once in the grocery store line like "I love your style"—can lift our spirits when we struggle to do so ourselves. 

These reminders of our worth and abilities help us navigate life's challenging seasons. Which leads me to today’s prompt:

Journal Prompt

Build your "feel-good” file by recalling positive moments in your life: list compliments, encouragements, and achievements you received over the years.
