Yesterday was all about re-framing tasks through the lens of our 5-year-old self.

Today, we’ll let them express themselves.

Journal Prompt

What choices or decisions can you let your inner child make today? (e.g. Letting your inner child choose your nail color at the nail salon, allowing them to pick a movie to watch tonight, etc.).
