How has your life changed since the last Summer Olympics?

Hello!

Were you able to catch the Olympic opening ceremony yesterday?

I've always loved the Olympics. The medal ceremonies, sparkly leotards, and watching race walkers awkwardly speed-wobble their way to glory.

But my favorite part?

Thinking back to how my life has changed since the previous Summer Olympics. It's a bittersweet mix of nostalgia and self-reflection, seeing how far I've come in some areas and how comfortably familiar others remain.
