Day 91: Uncomfortable conversations 🤐

What conversation are you avoiding and what might you gain by facing it?

Hello!

Today’s prompt is again inspired by one of my all-time favorite non-fiction books, The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferriss.

Here’s an excerpt I highlighted years ago that I always revisit:

“What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do. As I have heard said, a person’s success in life can usually be measured by the number of uncomfortable conversations he or she is willing to have.”

Now let’s go to the prompt:

Journal Prompt

Reflect on a conversation or action you've been avoiding due to fear.

Why does it make you uncomfortable? What potential benefits or growth opportunities might arise from facing this fear?

Happy journaling,

Kelsey
