Day 95: The goo phase 🦋

Reflect on a "goo phase" in your life where you hit rock bottom.

Hey, friend.

One of the most crucial phases of a caterpillar's transformation is the goo phase, where it breaks down into a liquid inside the chrysalis, eventually becoming a butterfly.

In human terms, this phase resembles hitting rock bottom—experiencing ruin or heartbreak. This stage allows you to sift through the rubble and discover something within you that was always waiting to emerge.

Because sometimes, you need to break everything down to rebuild.

I've been through several goo phases, and let me tell you—they were tough. My most recent one involved a soul-crushing breakup that left me living with my parents at 30.

However, enduring that phase led me to a healthier lifestyle and eventually to living in another country with the love of my life.

Now onto you:

Journal Prompt
