What daily habits are supporting your health? What habits might be working against it?

I’ve been fully immersed in a Pilates teacher training lately – and wow, it’s intense.

It’s also been a powerful reminder of just how much our bodies do for us, constantly and quietly, without asking for much in return.

One of the greatest gifts we can offer is to care for our bodies with the same devotion they show us.

Today, let’s take a moment to check in with our health.
