How would you describe your inner world?
Iâve always been drawn to manifestation and the Law of Attraction.
Not only has it worked for me, but Iâve seen it work for many of my close friends, too.
In my early 20s, I started with The Secret, then dove into Abraham Hicks, before exploring the work of Joe Dispenza and Lacy Phillips.
At their core, these teachings all emphasize the same fundamental truth: if you want to consciously bring new things into your life, your inner state of being must come first.
In Manifesting with Alignment, Shinohara writes,
âWhen you allow yourself to feel good, you will find it easier to shift into your desired frequency, and youâll begin to attract the things you truly want in life. By living unconditionally, and detaching from outcomes, conditions will arise in your life as a natural side effect.â
