Much of our day slips by in a kind of waking sleep. You’ve likely had the experience: getting in the car, arriving at your destination, and barely remembering the drive.

It’s not just forgetfulness. It’s habit. We are wired for routine, and without realizing it, we begin to live on autopilot.

But intention disrupts that rhythm. It asks us to pay attention and to notice what really matters.

To become more intentional, tune in to the people, moments, and experiences that give your life meaning. When you start to notice those things, something begins to shift.

You move differently. You guard your time more carefully. You show up with greater presence and care.
