Is there an emotion you've been afraid to face?
There’s a quiet precision to Yung Pueblo’s writing that continues to draw me in.
Inward, his collection of short poems, is one I return to often.
And not because the language is elaborate, but because it isn’t. The simplicity is the point. His words arrive like a breath of clarity in the middle of emotional noise.
One passage in particular stayed with me this morning. Here’s the poem:
