Let me šŸ™‹ā€ā™€ļø

Where in your life do you need to advocate for yourself more?

Thereā€™s a second part to the Let Them theory that often gets overlooked: Let Me.

While Let Them is about choosing not to let other peopleā€™s actions disrupt your peace, Let Me shifts the focus back to where your true power lies: what you do next.

Let Me is about taking responsibility for your actions, attitude, priorities, and desires. Itā€™s a reminder that while you canā€™t control others, you can control how you show up for yourself.

Mel Robbins shares an example of feeling left out of a girls' trip. Instead of dwelling on the hurt, Let Them helped her let go. But Let Me led her to reflect and realize she hadnā€™t been nurturing those friendships and that she could take action by reaching out and prioritizing her social life.
