Letting go đ
What are you working on letting go?
If you distilled the shelves of self-help and the long, winding road of inner work into a single lesson, it might be this: let go.
Let go of the story you told yourself about how it shouldâve gone. Let go of the apology you may never receive. Let go of the expectation that healing will feel like a straight line.
To let go is not to give up.
Itâs to unclench your grip on what was never yours to hold forever. The relief is subtle, but seismic.
As Yung Pueblo puts it, âHealing is done right if it teaches you how to let go.â
