Nest 🪹
Write about a place that still holds a part of you, even after you've left.
I'm back in Austin, Texas, this weekend, and it’s stirring up so many memories. I spent five years here in my early to mid-20s.
Strolling through downtown yesterday, the past came rushing back—favorite happy hour spots, go-to restaurants, and the spot where I once took an unexpected tumble off a Lime scooter.
It made me reflect on how deeply we can love and long for a city, a town, or a place.
I’m not the same person who once called this city home six years ago, but its embrace shaped me into who I am today.
And I couldn’t be more grateful for it.
Journal Prompt

Happy journaling,
