Who are you no longer willing to be?
Happy Saturday 🙂
Got any fun weekend plans?
I’m in marathon training mode and managed to squeeze in an 8-mile run yesterday—only to spend the rest of the day rotting on the couch.
It’s all about balance, right?
Remember that starting on Monday, journal prompts will take inspiration from books. Next week’s pick is The Lion Tracker’s Guide to Life. It’s a quick read—you can finish it in an hour or two, but by no means is it required.
Today’s prompt comes from a note on my phone, where I stash hundreds of ideas. I’m not sure where this one originated, but it’s powerful all the same:
Journal Prompt
Who are you no longer willing to be?
Happy journaling,
Kelsey
P.S. Exciting changes are coming! Starting next week, journal prompts will draw inspiration from the books I’m reading. Below, you’ll find the books and weekly themes so you can read ahead if you’d like. Reading isn’t necessary—it's simply an option if a particular theme sparks your curiosity and you'd like to dive deeper.
Here’s the schedule:
Week of January 6th - Theme: Self-discovery. Book: The Lion Tracker’s Guide to Life
Week of January 13th - Theme: Creating rituals. Book: The Power of Ritual
Week of January 20th - Theme: Connecting & communication. Book: Nonviolent Communication
Week of January 27th - Theme: Finding purpose. Book: Man’s Search for Meaning
