One thing 🎯
What’s the one thing you’re focused on changing in yourself?
I was listening to this podcast the other day, and one idea really stuck with me:
We all have something we’re working on — some fear, insecurity, or pattern we want to change.
Maybe it’s people-pleasing. Maybe it’s defensiveness (ahem, me).
Sure, there are probably a hundred things we could try to fix all at once. But the magic happens when we pick just one and give it our full attention.
And the trick is to approach it with compassion, not shame. Mistakes will happen. That’s part of the process. But they don’t mean you’ve failed. They mean you’re learning.
Take responsibility. Be kind to yourself. Keep going.
