Partnership 🤝
What are you actively doing to be a good partner?
We all want love that feels steady. Safe. Supportive.
But that kind of relationship doesn’t begin with the other person, it starts with you.
As Yung Pueblo writes:
“You can’t build a stable relationship with an unstable version of yourself.”
Emotional self-awareness, nervous system regulation, boundaries, honesty, healing… these are love skills.
And when you commit to practicing them, you don’t just become a better partner, you attract better partnerships, too.
Journal Prompt
What are you actively doing to be a good partner (either now or in the future)?
What would it look like to love someone from a grounded, healed place?
Happy journaling,
Kelsey
Most journal prompts you’ll find here draw inspiration from the books I’m reading. Below, you’ll find the books and weekly themes so you can read ahead if you’d like. Reading isn’t necessary—it's simply an option if a particular theme sparks your curiosity and you'd like to dive deeper.
Here’s the schedule:
Week of March 31st - Theme: Relationships. Book: How to Love Better
Week of April 7th - Theme: Self-growth. Book: Inward
