When was the last time you felt truly present?
If I had to distill more than a decade of self-growth and therapy into just two lessons, they would be: let go and stay present.
And honestly? Kids are the real pros at this.
Think back to the last time you lay in a field, watching the clouds or stars overhead. You weren’t thinking about your inbox or the next item on your to-do list. You were simply there. Taking in the breeze, the sky, the stillness.
There’s something quietly extraordinary about being present.
In that space, everything expands.
When you're really here, anything can happen.
