Some of the most honest writing doesn’t begin with a plan.

It begins with surrender. 

That’s the gift of stream-of-consciousness journaling: you let your mind wander and your pen follow. No edits. No overthinking. Just movement.

It won’t always make sense. In fact, it shouldn’t. 

But if you keep going, you’ll often find that something raw, revealing, or quietly beautiful makes its way to the page.
