What's something you could do differently today?

About 45% of our daily behaviors are habitual.

That means almost half of our daily actions happen without us even thinking, like brushing our teeth the same way or taking the same route to work.

Most of us want to change, but it’s hard to know where to start. Especially when habits run the show.

The best advice I ever received? Do something different. Even if it’s small. That change might be the shift that’ll get you on a new timeline.
