The bodyđ§ââď¸
Make a T-chart with columns labeled âRelaxed and Openâ and âTight and Restricted,â then list moments, activities, or memories that fit each.
Itâs funny how in our modern way of life, we overlook the most incredible piece of technology that we can access 24/7: our own body.
Our bodies are full of wisdom.
They know exactly what they need to stay healthy and alert us immediately when something isnât right for us.
The challenge is that weâve simply forgotten how to listen.
As Boyd Varty puts it, âWe must learn to read the subtle tracks of the body, the way it relaxes and opens when something feels right, the contraction and tightness when we are not where we are meant to beâŚbringing the attention back to the landscape of the body allows you to find the trail of the wild self.â
Journal Prompt

Happy journaling,
