Younger you 👶
What would amaze your younger self from five years ago about who you are today?
I've been reading Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? to prep for next week's prompts and came across some great insights on coping strategies for low mood.
Naturally, I took that wisdom and did the healthiest thing possible—immediately ignored it and numbed out on TikTok instead.
But plot twist: during one of my mindless scrolling sessions, I actually found this inspiring video talking about the version of you from five years ago.
That version would be so proud of how far you've come. The things you have now were once just dreams to them.
It's easy to get stuck in the endless loop of "what's next?" but today, let’s pause, take it all in, and appreciate everything you’ve made happen in the last five years.
